Research on the Teaching Reform of Organic Chemistry Course of Pharmacy Major in Local Colleges and Universities Based on OBE Concept

Abstract: Organic chemistry is an important basic compulsory course in pharmacy major, which is closely related to pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacology and other professional courses of pharmacy. Therefore, we should attach importance to and strengthen the core position of organic chemistry in pharmaceutical education. Aiming at the problems existing in the organic chemistry classroom teaching of pharmacy specialty, under the guidance of OBE concept, this article closely centers on the goal of pharmaceutical talent training and the requirements, takes medicine as the foundation, adjusts the teaching content, and penetrates pharmaceutical knowledge in multiple dimensions in classroom teaching to improve students' interest in learning; At the same time, we should innovate the teaching mode. On the basis of traditional teaching methods, we should combine the case-based teaching method (CBL) and problem-based teaching method (PBL) to stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning, cultivate their innovative awareness and professional knowledge application ability, and cultivate excellent advanced talents in applied pharmacy.
