Teaching Research and Practice of Electromagnetic Field and Electromagnetic Wave Based on MATLAB

Abstract: The content of electromagnetic field and electromagnetic wave is abstract. The traditional teaching mode is mainly based on the teacher's explanation, students need to understand the change process of space electromagnetic wave according to the formula description of electromagnetic field and electromagnetic wave. This teaching method requires high spatial imagination, at the same time, the boring electromagnetic wave formula derivation will affect students'classroom interest and enthusiasm to a certain extent. Therefore, this paper introduces MATLAB software into classroom teaching, displays the theoretical results in the form of images, and carries out visual virtual simulation, not only improves students'interest in learning, but also enable students to grasp and understanding of knowledge.
