Abstract: With the growth of the number of people taking the college entrance examination using Japanese instead of English, the traditional English based public foreign language courses in universities cannot meet the learning needs of Japanese college students. Therefore, it is necessary to offer college Japanese as a public foreign language course. However, due to differences in academic circumstances, there are some teaching issues that are different from those of college English in conducting college Japanese as a public foreign language course. Teaching teacher should keep up with the times, innovate teaching concepts, design courses based on OBE idea, and adopt a mixed online and offline teaching approach to ensure the improvement of teaching effectiveness and the achievement of teaching goals.
