Abstract: With the improvement of people's living standards, consumers'demand for ecological, green, and high-quality fresh agricultural products is becoming increasingly strong. The rapid development of the fresh E-commerce market has led to the rapid development of the cold chain logistics industry, while high-speed rail express has the characteristics of fast, stable, safe, and efficient, which meets the transportation needs of cold chain logistics. This article takes the innovation and entrepreneurship project, the high-speed rail cold chain box research and development project, as an example. First, it analyzes the business background, introduces the origin and innovation process of the project; Secondly introduces the main technology and operation modes of the project, summarizes the significance and social value of the project innovation; Finally, it constructs the“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”project introduction model with the goal of promoting each other in specialized innovation, providing some reference for the cultivation and development of innovation and entrepreneurship projects in higher vocational education.
