Analysis on the Cultivation Strategy of Innovative Talent for Master of Optoelectronic Information

Abstract

Abstract: Training innovative talent is an important strategy to adapt to socioeconomic development. Universities are the main bases for training innovative talents. Exploring the talent training of optoelectronic information major is a crucial element in the implementation of the national innovation-driven development strategy. The School of Physical and Electronic Engineering of Shanxi University has established the training concept of“hierarchical and progressive”innovative talents, and built a“three-dimensional”practical teaching platform of“basic platform+improvement platform+innovation platform”. Thus, the training mode of innovative talent is explored, and the remarkable results in the training of innovative talent is achieved.
