Reform and Practice of Virtual Simulation Hybrid Teaching with School-Based Characteristics for Interdisciplinary Economics and Management

Abstract: Developing school-based characteristic courses is the key to integrating innovative teaching resources and promoting the deepening of curriculum reform. Faced with the complex employment situation, cross professional virtual simulation courses are an important path for universities to cultivate the management and practical abilities of economic management talents. Based on the characteristics of the financial industry of Hebei University of Finance, this article takes the comprehensive training course of interdisciplinary finance as an example, constructs a hybrid teaching content, teaching organization, and teaching evaluation system through the use of online and offline hybrid teaching methods, and proposes a hybrid teaching implementation method for the interdisciplinary virtual simulation course, in order to better develop the school-based characteristic interdisciplinary virtual simulation course of economics and management it provides a reference for improving the practicality of curriculum hybrid design.
