Reflections on the Teaching Reform of Career Planning for Clinical Pharmacy

Abstract

Abstract: In view of the problems of clinical pharmacy students, such as weak awareness of career development and inability to correctly understand the future career direction of clinical pharmacy, we analyzed the shortcomings of career development course in clinical pharmacy and studied the teaching reform of career planning for clinical pharmacy from the aspects of teaching design, teaching content, enrich teaching methods, teacher team construction, “internet +”teaching platform combined with the characteristics of clinical pharmacy, career needs and student needs.
