Abstract: Using the survey data of the Communist Youth League of a financial and economic university in Anhui Province from January to July 2018, this study analyzes and discusses the influencing factors and differences between the current college students' willingness and practice of innovation and entrepreneurship in a city in Anhui Province. The study found that students who participated in (including those who participated in) the Communist Youth League organizations had higher entrepreneurial willingness than students who did not participate in the Communist Youth League organizations. The work experience of the Communist Youth League and the experience of actively participating in the activities of the Communist Youth League organizations played a significant role in improving the innovative and entrepreneurial ability of college students.
