Abstract: The industry-university-research cooperation mode refers to the strengthening of exchanges and cooperation between universities and enterprises, and to promote mutual promotion and common development through mutual benefit, which has become the main way to cultivate applied talents in the field of education in China. This mode extends the training of hotel management talents to enterprises, forming a school-enterprise education community, so as to improve the practical ability of undergraduate students and culture applied talents for enterprises. Based on this, this paper briefly expounds the concept and significance of the industry-university-research cooperation mode, and analyzes the current situation of the teaching mode of hotel management major in application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities, and puts forward effective countermeasures and optimization paths for reference.
