Strategies for Cultivating Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talents in Local Universities Based on Rural Revitalization Strategy

Abstract

Abstract: The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has put forward new requirements for the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents in local universities. Universities need to optimize the innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation mechanism based on the demand for rural revitalization talents, promote students'more full and high-quality employment and development. This article is based on the coupling interaction between the rural revitalization strategy and the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents, analyzing the problems in the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents in local universities under the background of the rural revitalization strategy. Starting from optimizing top-level design, constructing a diversified curriculum system, creating a personalized ecosystem, and striving for sustainable development resources, this article proposes strategies for the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents in local universities.
