Abstract: In recent years, MATLAB has been widely used in scientific research, engineering applications, and other fields, it is an important tool for numerical calculation, and has gradually become one of the important courses for science and engineering majors. In traditional MATLAB teaching, grammar teaching and boring examples occupy an important space, and students mainly focus on watching and listening, computer practice is also difficult to enhance students' interest. Faced with dull code, how to teach MATLAB interestingly has become an urgent issue for teaching and research workers. This article explores a teaching method that combines theory and practice in the forefront of science through practice assisted teaching, allowing students to experience the joy of learning MATLAB, while cultivating their ability to solve practical complex problems.
