Flexible Application of Mind Map in College English Flipped Classroom Teaching

Abstract: Flipped classroom is a classroom where teachers and students swap roles. It is a teaching model based on students' independent learning. Flipped classroom teaching of college English will fully stimulate students' subjective initiative, activate the teaching atmosphere, and deepen students' more attention to college English. By looking at the current situation of flipped classroom practice in college English, it can be found that students' roles and ideas are not clear. In this context, the introduction of mind mapping teaching method can effectively solve the above problems and improve the learning effect of college students in English flipped classroom. Therefore, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the flexible use of mind mapping in college English flipped classroom teaching, and puts forward corresponding strategies.
