Research on the Construction of Modular Curriculum System in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Million Enrollment Expansion

Abstract: Since the implementation of the million enrollment expansion policy in vocational colleges in 2019, the enrollment levels and channels have become more and more diversified, and the characteristics and cognitive laws of students have changed, which makes the development of food nutrition and testing specialty in higher vocational colleges face many new situations and new requirements. The construction of curriculum system is also facing many problems. In order to adapt to the development of market economy and meet the different needs of diverse students, Based on the analysis of the expanded enrollment of students in the food inspection and detection technology major, this paper aims to innovate and optimize the course content and build a modular course system, promoting the construction of food majors in vocational colleges.
