The Empirical Approach of Practicing the Academic Tutorial System to Improve the Innovation Ability of University Students——Taking GDUFE as an Example

Abstract: The construction of academic tutor system under the full credit system is one of the hot issues in China's higher education research, but there is still room for improvement in the discussion of its construction experience. On the basis of illustrating the construction mode of academic tutorial system towards improving the university students’innovation ability and the achievements of GDUFE from this mode, this paper summed up the experience of GDUFE under the above-mentioned mode of from six aspects: core concept, policy guidance, resource input, organizational leadership, collaborative education and quality monitoring, it is expected to provide valuable enlightenment for universities with the full credit system to improve their academic tutor system.
