Abstract: In the context of promoting employment and ensuring stability in China, it is of great significance for universities to carry out career planning and employment guidance courses. In response to problems such as weak targeting of teaching content, superficial learning effects of students, and low student learning engagement, this article proposes a "three-dimensional interaction" teaching model that integrates general and professional education, time and space, and individual and team learning. Starting from the professional training plan, general education helps professional education achieve talent training goals, while teaching and learning are organically combined on the basis of the course. A mentor team is also established to facilitate interaction among students, teachers, alumni, and business personnel.

Key words: Career planning, Employment guidance, Course, Teaching exploration, "Three-dimensional interaction", Talent cultivation.
