Teaching Reform and Practice of Cultivating Students' Innovative Ability in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of New Engineering——Take the Safety Management Course as an Example

Abstract: Based on the guidance of new ideas, new requirements and new approaches in the education reform of new engineering, and centering on the teaching objectives of consolidating the foundation, practicing practice and attaching importance to innovation, this paper analyzes the teaching status and shortcomings of safety management course. From the optimization of curriculum content system, strengthening the practice teaching, pays special attention to all kinds of competitions, reform teaching process evaluation safety management course teaching reform in higher vocational colleges, introduce the concept of innovation ability training in higher vocational theory and the practice teaching of the course of the safety management, embody the connotation of the new engineering.
