Research on the Training Mode of Administrative Talents from the Perspective of Employment

Abstract: The cultivation of talents in universities must be linked with the demand side of talents, market-oriented, and cultivate talents that meet social needs. With the development of society, the traditional training model for administrative management professionals can no longer meet the social demand for talents, leading to structural conflicts between talent supply and demand. Therefore, the employment-oriented training mode has shown outstanding advantages and great potential in the process of training administrative talents. By analyzing the employment situation of graduates of administrative management major in Z universities in western China in the past five years, analyzing the causes of employment problems according to the questionnaire survey, and putting forward reform measures such as reasonably positioning the training objectives, meeting the employment needs of students, optimizing the construction of curriculum system, strengthening the construction of teaching staff, and improving the practical teaching links, etc., to provide theoretical basis for improving the training mode of administrative management major in Z universities in the new era and promoting the employment of students with higher quality.
