Optimization Suggestions for the Construction of Research Team Talents in Local Universities under the Background of “Double First-class”

Abstract

Abstract: The construction of“Double First Class”not only points out the direction for the connotative development of higher education in China, but also brings opportunities for the development of local universities. A high-quality talent team in universities is the fundamental and key to the construction of“Double First Class”. This article analyzes the current situation and problems in the construction of talent teams in local university research teams under the background of“Double First Class”construction, and proposes targeted solutions, providing theoretical and practical reference for the construction of talent teams in local university research teams.
