Research on the Construction of Curriculum System for Infant Care Service and Management in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract: During the“14th Five-Year Plan”period, under the background of vigorously developing the nursery service system in my country, new requirements have been put forward for the training specifications of nursery talents. As a pre-service education for cultivating nursery teachers, the infant care service and management major in higher vocational colleges can effectively solve the problems of the small number and low quality of nursery talents. Combining market orientation and enterprise demand, with 0-3 year old infants and young children as the service object, the infant care service and management major in higher vocational colleges integrates the three core skills of nursing, education and medicine to formulate curriculum standards, and construct a synchronous course system of“health education doctor”. The system is of great value in meeting the needs of social childcare, improving the core skills of students majoring in childcare, and delivering high-quality vocational skills.
