Research on the Second Classroom Education Mechanism in Higher Vocational Medical Colleges——Take the CHONGYOU Class of Gannan Healthcare Vocational College as an Example

Abstract: In the talent cultivation model of higher vocational colleges, the first classroom is the main channel for cultivating students to master basic theoretical knowledge and professional skills. The second classroom is more innovative and flexible than the first classroom. It uses extracurricular time to combine theory and practice in diverse ways to make up for the shortcomings of the first classroom, and gradually becomes an indispensable link in the talent cultivation process of higher vocational colleges. The research on the second classroom training system is increasingly receiving attention from major vocational colleges. This article takes the Chongyou Class of Gannan Healthcare Vocational College as an example to investigate the current situation of the second classroom development in higher vocational medical colleges, explore the current situation, effectiveness, analyze the causes of problems, and propose countermeasures, so as to excavate the focus of the second classroom activities, gradually form a long-term mechanism for educating people in the second classroom, and achieve innovation in the talent cultivation mode in higher vocational medical colleges.
