Abstract: In order to deeply understand the training mode of hotel management talents in application-oriented undergraduate colleges, this paper analyzes the new application-oriented undergraduate colleges. The results show that there are some deficiencies in the cultivation of hotel management talents in the aspects of students' professional quality, curriculum system, practical teaching activities, and cooperation with enterprises.
