Research on Teaching Optimization of Engineering Cost and Management Course Based on OBE Concept

Abstract: The Engineering Cost and Management Course is one of compulsory economic courses for the engineering management major, in the teaching of the past, the following characteristics are presented in the course of learning "enthusiasm high, poor foundation, application difficult". Through the consideration and application of the OBE concept, the course teaching has been optimized in three aspects: conducting "big case" teaching, setting up situational teaching scenarios, and transforming the course assessment into a comprehensive assessment method based on process evaluation, which includes "progress evaluation, sub task mutual evaluation, and final result assessment", in order to enhance the effect of classroom teaching and inspire students' interest in professional learning.
