Course Research and Practice of College Students' Career Planning and Employment Guidance Based on OBE Concept

Abstract

Abstract: The teaching reform of college students career planning and employment guidance is of great significance for improving college students' employment ability and promoting college students to achieve more full and higher quality employment. Based on the concept of OBE, this paper carried out the curriculum reform of college students' career planning and employment guidance. This paper analyzes the practical problems existing in the curriculum of college students' career planning and employment guidance in detail, puts forward optimization measures in the aspects of curriculum objective planning, curriculum content reform,curriculum method innovation and curriculum assessment mechanism, so as to further promote the effective implementation of college students' career planning and employment guidance and promote college students to achieve more full and higher quality employment.
