Exploration on Comprehensive Practical Teaching Mode of Real Estate Appraisal Course with Project-Based Learning

Abstract: In order to strengthen the cultivation of students' practical ability and insist the educational concept of people-oriented and teaching based on learning, we should innovate the comprehensive practical teaching mode of Real Estate Appraisal course with project-based learning base on the applicability analysis and the working process of real estate appraisal project, which improves students' knowledge, skills, and quality through the practice of “project-task-scenario-achievement”. It will provide new ideas for the practical teaching reform of applied courses and the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents in the teaching of higher education in the new era.
