Abstract: The construction of talent training mode of business administration specialty must deeply grasp the essential connotation of "unity of knowledge and practice", fully implement the principle of "theory practice" integration, and pay more attention to the adaptability of talents to social and economic development in addition to highlighting the application and innovation of professional talent training. This paper starts with the analysis of the general training mode of business administration professionals in colleges and universities, and expounds the differences between the business administration talents trained under this mode and the market demand under the background of the times. At the same time, the theory of "supply-demand balance" in economics is introduced to link the relevant theory of "supply-demand fit" to the problem of the fit between talent training and market demand. Based on the exploration of the requirements and standards for management talents in the vuca era, taking the model construction and practice of the business administration experimental class of Hainan University as an example, this paper attempts to explore the fit between the demand for management talents and the training and supply of business administration professionals in local universities under the economic background of effectively combining the "construction of free trade port" in Hainan Province, so as to build a relatively innovative business management talent training model and mechanism in the dimension of talent supply side adjustment.
