Research on Improving the Employment and Entrepreneurship Ability of Applied New Engineering Talents under the Background of “Innovation and Entrepreneurship”

Abstract

Abstract: What emerging industries and new economy need in the future is high-quality compound new engineering talents with strong engineering practice ability, strong innovation ability and international competitiveness. Taking the chemical engineering and technology major of Shijiazhuang University as an example, under the “mass innovation and mass entrepreneurship” background, this paper reveals the difficulties encountered in improving the employment and entrepreneurship ability of applied new engineering talents, and takes effective measures to solve these problems, so as to provide reference for the development of similar colleges and universities and the improvement of the employment and entrepreneurship ability of applied talents.
