Research on the Education Mode of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Associations Based on “Post Course Competition Certificate”—— Taking Ningbo Second Technical College as an Example

Abstract: Taking the innovation and entrepreneurship association of Ningbo Second Technician College as an example, in the actual operation process, it encountered three problems: high loss rate of community members, poor effect of student autonomy, and unsuitable evaluation system. For this reason, the teaching team of the innovation and entrepreneurship association of the school actively carried out a new exploration of the education mode of "post course competition certificate" integration. It have effectively improved the retention rate of members and the effectiveness of associations in educating people, comprehensively promoted the high-quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship associations, and also provided a reference for the promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship associations in other schools.
