The Challenges and Countermeasures of Talent Training of Infant Care Service and Management Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Mode of “Three Integration”

Abstract: In recent years, the development of infant care service and management major is in full swing. However, in the process of the actual construction of the major, the talent training of this major is faced with such problems as unclear professional positioning, unreasonable curriculum system and resource structure, and unclear employment positions. In order to construct the characteristic professional talent model, higher vocational colleges began to promote the reform of the "three standards" talent training model, and established the professional training program for the professional enterprise post requirements to meet the standards. Integrating the teaching content with the vocational skill standard; Childcare professional enterprise production and education integration of students' employment path. Through the construction and implementation of "three standards" mode, the quality of vocational infant care service and management personnel training can be effectively achieved.
