Teaching Reform Path of Display Design Specialty from the Perspective of Application-Oriented Talent Training

Abstract: In the face of the severe employment situation, more and more schools take the cultivation of applied and compound talents as the goal of running a school. How to cultivate more young talents with solid professional theory and excellent practical ability has also become a must in the teaching reform. question. Taking the exhibition design major as an example, this paper firstly sorts out the basic ideas of the teaching reform of the exhibition design major from the aspects of teaching mode, teaching content and teaching team. Then, starting from teaching practice, it summarizes the feasible paths of teaching reform such as innovating theoretical teaching, increasing practical training opportunities, and introducing more exhibition design projects based on school-enterprise cooperation. By clarifying the direction of reform, in the process of promoting the continuous deepening of teaching reform, the comprehensive strength of students majoring in display design can be improved.
