Abstract: Dissertation review is an important way to ensure the quality of dissertation. Graduate thesis is also a more complex work in the management process. With the continuous expansion of the scale of graduate students, the types of training are also constantly enriched, and the paper review work will become more and more onerous. The traditional paper review work wastes human resources and time resources, which can not meet the needs of current paper review. At present, some colleges and universities have developed a remote paper review system. Through the integration of network information management system technology, many problems of paper review have been alleviated. In this paper, the technology of graduate degree information management system based on web is further discussed.
