Abstract: The social practice activity of "Three Trips To the Countryside" is an important form and beneficial supplement of practical teaching in colleges and universities. Carrying out the social practice of "Three Trips To the Countryside" based on professional characteristics is an important part of the ideological and political education of college students, and it is also an effective way to expand professional quality. This paper discusses the problems existing in the practice teaching of college students' social practice of "Three Trips to the Countryside" , and taking the social practice of "Three Trips To the Countryside" in summer vacation of medical experimental technology major of Guangxi Medical University as an example, analyzes the practice and effect of its "Three Trips to the Countryside" social practice, then puts forward approachs to incorporate the social practice of "Three Trips to the Countryside" into practical teaching, such as establishing an integrated mechanism for teaching management and student management, creating a professional brand, and strengthening the construction of practice bases.
