Abstract: ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of practice guided teaching method in the practice teaching of tuina. MethodsThe students majoring in acupuncture and tuina from grade 2018 (92 students) and grade 2019 (65 students) in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and the traditional teaching method and practical guided teaching method were adopted in the tuina teaching activities. Students' learning effect and evaluation of the course are analyzed. ResultsThe clinical skills test scores and final exam scores of the two groups were compared, the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The degree of satisfaction of traditional teaching group was 76.1%, and that of practical guided teaching group was 87.3%. ConclusionCompared with the traditional teaching method, the practice-guided teaching method applied in tuina teaching activities is beneficial to alleviate the disconnection between theory and practice, and has significant advantages in cultivating students' clinical thinking and improving their clinical hands-on ability. The application of practical guided teaching method is helpful to improve the teaching effect and students' satisfaction.
