Research on the Training Mode of Creative Design Talents Based on Creative Incentive——Take Visual Communication Design as an Example

Abstract: This study is aimed at domestic and foreign creative industries, how to train outstanding creative talents to meet the needs of high-skilled and high-quality creative talents in the development of creative industries in China. The creation of creative design talents has a unique experimental training education model, which is the problem that the school must face in the process of cultivating creative talents is that the cultivation of creative talents' creative ability is an educational challenge. Aiming at the contradiction between the education of creative design talents and social needs in China, based on the reform and practical exploration, the author puts forward the idea of creative inspiration-oriented "application and development of design talents education, in order to get rid of the past theoretical lessons in design education. The teaching model aims to explore how to motivate students' design innovation and creative behavior-related activities, and to interpret the interaction between related activities and students in colleges and universities in the field of creative design talents.
