Abstract: The new teaching mode based on the requirements of the new curriculum standard is developing rapidly. Compared with the traditional teaching mode, the hybrid teaching mode, which integrates the requirements of the new curriculum standard, promotes the modern development of China's education and teaching by virtue of the new teaching concept and effective technical means. With the help of iSmart platform, English Teaching in higher vocational colleges is actively practicing and applying the hybrid teaching mode of online and offline combination, aiming to promote the significant enhancement of the effectiveness of English Teaching in higher vocational colleges.
