Abstract: The academy system is a return to nature under the modern “Five Education” mode. The academy system of colleges and universities in the new era is a new exploration of China's higher education, a new way of reform and innovation to adapt to the new concept of educational development, innovate the new road of education, and move towards a new stage of education. As an innovative component of higher education, academies undertake the dual responsibilities of "preaching" and “educating people”. The birth and development of the academy system has led the college system education system in colleges and universities, created a new circle of peer assistance, constructed a talent training system with Chinese characteristics, and trained new young people with all-round development.
