Research on the Innovation Education Mode based on Collaboration of Undergraduates and Postgraduates for Application-Oriented Universities

Abstract: Taking the education of innovative talents in the major of electrical engineering and automation as an example, this paper analyzes the limitations of students' lack of time and energy in innovative education, and the drawback of knowledge structure, which restricts the high-quality development of innovative education, and proposes a collaborative innovation ability training model for application-oriented universities, which is based on the concept of "consistent training for all grades, two platforms, three main bodies, and four processes", providing a series of specific measures such as training objectives, training plans, assessment and evaluation, application of results, and reward mechanisms, so as to give full play to the undergraduate and postgraduate's innovation ability. The research will have certain guiding and reference significance for improving the innovative education in universities.
