Construction of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Teachers' Learning Community in Application-Oriented Undergraduate College——Taking Bioengineering as an Example

Abstract: Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important way to deepen the reform of higher education, cultivate students' innovative spirit and practical ability. At the same time, it puts forward higher requirements for teachers. The construction of teachers' learning community is one of the important ways to promote teachers' professional growth and education development. Based on the era of entrepreneurship and innovation education, this paper expounds the construction current situation of the college and university teachers' learning community, analyzes the influence of the new era on teachers and the necessity of constructing learning community, and puts forward the construction strategies of bioengineering teachers learning community in our university.
