Abstract: At present, more and more university libraries begin to carry out service innovation based on media technology. Starting from the innovative service of university library, this paper explores the way to break the situation of innovative service of university library from the perspective of media technology, in order to provide experience and reference for the long-term development of university library. Through the methods of literature analysis and case study, it is concluded that there are deficiencies in user mining, overall platform construction and feedback mechanism of university library. In the future, we can further promote the innovative development of university library from the aspects of comprehensively mining users, building a continuous service platform and providing effective feedback services.
