Abstract: For the problems existing in the traditional teaching process of Food Analysis, Educational reform was carried out using the “divided class” teaching mode and combined with the “Chaoxing APP”. The teaching process is divided into preparation before class, teacher's explanation and group discussion. within the limited class hours, students have mastered the essence of systematic knowledge. In addition, their enthusiasm and subjective initiative have been fully mobilized, they have their own thinking on the basis of mastering the basic knowledge and improve the ability of independent learning.
