Abstract: The main reasons for the prominent structural contradiction between the supply and demand of media technology entrepreneurial talents lie in the weak sense of independent entrepreneurship and innovation ability of students, the disconnection between innovation and entrepreneurship education and production reality, and the lack of innovation and entrepreneurship guidance resources in schools. Aiming at these problems, put forward "three docking" personnel training mode, through "teaching project and enterprise projects docking" "course learning team and entrepreneurial teams docking" "teaching team and the project team and docking", the innovation project development, enterprise project learning in different levels, such as course mutual recognition and credits replacement, implements authentication, accumulation and transformation of learning outcomes, unblocked the channel for vocational college students to learn, effectively realize the "classroom teaching out of works, school-enterprise cooperation out of products, entrepreneurial post out of elite".
