Discussion and Research on the Improvement of Vocational Ability of Students of Preschool Education Major in Higher Vocational Education

Abstract: At present, pre-school education is the key development direction in the field of education in our country, and the society's demand for the quality of pre-school education is also on the rise. At the same time, the continuous intensification of employment competition in our country also brings certain pressure to the personnel training in higher vocational colleges, therefore, the students of pre-school education major in higher vocational colleges are facing greater challenges in employment and development. Under this background, the improvement of students' vocational ability has become the focus of attention. Based on the author's own teaching experience, this paper discusses the vocational ability of pre-school education students in higher vocational colleges.
