Research on the Model of U-G-K Cooperative Training for Outstanding Rural Preschool Teachers

Abstract: Excellent teacher training plan has put forward new requirements for preschool teacher talent training, combining with the new situation of preschool teacher education training system reform, to cultivate a group of outstanding rural kindergarten teachers who can meet the requirements of preschool education reform and development, love preschool education career, with comprehensive quality and outstanding vocational capability. This paper analyzes the significance of U-G-K collaborative training of outstanding rural preschool teachers, and puts forward the ideas and paths of collaborative training, which provides new ideas for training rural preschool teachers, deepening the reform of education and teaching and building a modern teacher education system.
