Abstract: Under the trend of economic globalization, the country and society pay more and more attention to the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of students in higher vocational colleges. Higher vocational colleges of different types and levels should promote the improvement of students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability according to their own development practice and corresponding characteristics of running schools. Students should also actively enhance their core employment competitiveness to promote their good development in the job market and entrepreneurial market. This paper combines the management characteristics of Wuxi Tourism trade Higher Vocational and Technical School, based on the author's own work practice, to promote the innovation of employment work to do some research practice, hoping to provide reference for relevant personnel.
