A Study on the Application of Case Method by “Double-Qualified” Teachers——Taking the Course of Labor Relationship Management as an Example

Abstract: The application of case method is beneficial to the cultivation of students’ theoretical knowledge, professional skills and comprehensive quality. “Double-qualified” teachers are more familiar with the types of work tasks, the contents of work scenes and the teaching of tacit knowledge, so they can make full use of the advantages of case method and improve the quality of teaching. Taking the course of labor relationship management as an example, this paper describes the concrete process of implementing case method by “double-qualified” teachers, and the methods of questionnaire survey and individual interview, the results show that the “double-qualified” teachers adopt the case method to achieve good results. The case method is not only conducive to the training of “double-qualified” teachers, but also to the development and application of curriculum training software.
