Abstract: With the high popularity of the Internet and the development, contemporary college students' way of access to information, ideas and lifestyle changes have taken place in the larger, give priority to with offline classroom teaching of traditional political education in colleges and universities education has been difficult to adapt to the students the actual development needs, the related teaching effect ascension also did a lot of restrictions. However, the application of "micro-form" in ideological and political education in colleges and universities can just change the current situation of ideological and political education and significantly improve the overall effect of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
