Abstract: At present, the reform and development of China's higher education has been carried out steadily, the scale of running schools is expanding day by day, and the development of secondary colleges is also reflected in the expansion of new majors and students. In the development process of the college, as the core link of teaching work, educational administration undertakes more and more work content, and the work requirements are also higher and higher. This requires the academic administrators of secondary colleges to strive to improve themselves in the changing environment of the times, make continuous progress in political quality and professional quality, and fulfill their duties to ensure the orderly daily teaching work of secondary colleges.
