The Application of Flipped Classroom in the Course of Professional Core Competence——Taking the Teaching Design of Resume as an Example

Abstract: Professional Core Competence is a practical application-oriented course. With the help of mobile application-Blue Ink Cloud Class and other educational and teaching aids, flipped classroom teaching mode was adopted to cultivate students' professional core competence. Compared with the traditional classroom teaching mode, flipped classroom teaching mode, being student-oriented and teacher-led, has integrating online and offline teaching mode, providing students with more freedom. This paper takes the teaching design of resume making as an example to analyze the application of the flipped classroom in the course Professional Core Competence.
