Abstract: In the work of college student funding, the college head teacher is the primary body of class funding. They are the implementer of the funding, the feedback of the funding effect and the educator of the funding target. They play a vital role in this work. However, in the traditional funding procedures, they have some shortcomings, such as the dilemma of insufficient policy coverage, inadequate procedures and regulations and weak education effects. This article explores the funding work of head teachers from a micro perspective, and provides experience for college head teachers to improve the effectiveness of funding work through an example of poor student identification work in the School of Civil Engineering, Jiangsu College of Engineering and Technology.
