Abstract: As a crucial part of higher education in China, Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools promotes the process of internationalization of higher education. Because of the difference regarding culture and educational values, the conflict of educational culture between both sides is inevitable. In the perspective of philosophy of "Enjoy the Beauty, and Co-Existence with Difference", this paper explores the issues on cultural integration of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools. Based on the example of Beijing-Dublin International College, principles of cultural integration and paths of cultural innovation are proposed.
