Abstract: The purpose of increasing the burden of university students is to determine reasonable academic tasks for university students and translate them into motivations to promote high-quality learning.It is the need of the connotation construction and quality improvement of higher education to increase the burden reasonably in university students’ studies and it is the need for universities to better serve the economic and social development and it is the need of better play the function of college personnel training.The reasonable increase of university students’ academic performance should improve their ideological awareness,stimulate their active increase and decrease’s vitality,and enhance their self-learning ability.Colleges and universities should construct a scientific academic evaluation mechanism and speed up the construction of a high-level personnel training system.
